He holds memberships in esteemed organizations such as the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Abuja Chamber of Commerce (ACCI), Zambia Diaspora Chamber of Commerce (ZDCC), Nigeria Society of Mining Engineers (NSME), and is a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus. Francis is also actively involved with initiatives like the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA), Ballot Judge in Kansas City, and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). He is the First President of the International Network for the Prevention of Elder Abuse (INPEA) and has served as a former Board Advisory Member of LandBank Kansas City.

Recognized for his contributions, Francis has received a proclamation from the Mayor of Kansas City for hosting an International Business Convention that drew 500 delegates. He has also been honored with The President’s Volunteer Service Award in Gold (PVSA) and numerous other accolades. An advocate for philanthropy, Francis is behind initiatives that distribute 10 million sanitary pads to rural African girl children and provide educational support to pupils.
